1.5BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:​
1.6 Section 1. [120B.1251] PARTICIPATION IN DIRECT ADMISSIONS PROGRAM.​
1.7 Starting in the 2029-2030 school year, a district or charter school high school must​
1.8participate in the direct admissions program under section 136A.84.​
1.9 EFFECTIVE DATE.This section is effective July 1, 2025.​
