1.4BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:​
1.5 Section 1. APPROPRIATION; WEST BROADWAY BUSINESS AND AREA​
1.6COALITION.​
1.7 $125,000 in fiscal year 2026 and $125,000 in fiscal year 2027 are appropriated from the​
1.8general fund to the commissioner of employment and economic development for a grant to​
1.9West Broadway Business and Area Coalition to support their Youth Jobs program to provide​
1.10soft skills, marketing, and advertising training for youth in North Minneapolis. These are​
1.11onetime appropriations.​
