| 8 | 8 | | 1.8 Subdivision 1.Appropriation.$1,800,000 is appropriated from the bond proceeds fund |

| 9 | 9 | | 1.9to the Public Facilities Authority for a grant to the city of Gilman to design, construct, and |
|---|
| 10 | 10 | | 1.10equip capital improvements to municipal infrastructure. This appropriation includes money |

| 11 | 11 | | 1.11for improvements to and replacement of sanitary sewer system infrastructure, storm sewer |
|---|
