115-4.26minority members of the legislative committees with jurisdiction over health containing the

117-4.28 (1) the number of retailers participating and the retailers' geographic distribution;
118-4.29 (2) the demographics of the areas and individuals served;
119-4.30 (3) the costs associated with the program; and​
