| 8 | 8 | | 1.8 Subdivision 1.Appropriation.$5,000,000 is appropriated from the bond proceeds fund |

| 9 | 9 | | 1.9to the commissioner of education for a grant to Independent School District No. 466, |

| 10 | 10 | | 1.10Dassel-Cokato, to construct, equip, and furnish the community recreation facility. This |
