1.2 relating to liquor; amending the amount of wine a winery may produce with a​
1.3 brewer taproom license; amending Minnesota Statutes 2024, section 340A.26,​
1.4 subdivision 2.​
1.5BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:​
1.6 Section 1. Minnesota Statutes 2024, section 340A.26, subdivision 2, is amended to read:​
1.7 Subd. 2.Prohibition.A municipality may not issue a brewer taproom license to a brewer​
1.8if the brewer seeking the license, or any person having an economic interest in the brewer​
1.9seeking the license or exercising control over the brewer seeking the license, is a brewer​
1.10that brews more than 250,000 barrels of malt liquor annually or a winery that produces more​
1.11than 250,000 750,000 gallons of wine annually.​
