| 7 | 7 | | 1.7 Subdivision 1.Appropriation.$6,500,000 is appropriated from the bond proceeds fund |

| 8 | 8 | | 1.8to the commissioner of natural resources for a grant to the city of Crosslake to construct, |
|---|
| 9 | 9 | | 1.9furnish, and equip a new building and adjacent outdoor public space improvements, including |

| 10 | 10 | | 1.10surface lot parking areas, in the city of Crosslake to house the National Loon Center, to |
|---|
