1.2 relating to game and fish; appropriating money for the fishing in the neighborhood​

1.4BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:​
1.5 Section 1. FISHING IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD PROGRAM; APPROPRIATIONS.​
1.6 $200,000 in fiscal year 2026 and $200,000 in fiscal year 2027 are appropriated from the​
1.7game and fish fund to the commissioner of natural resources to expand the fishing in the​
1.8neighborhood program to counties and cities throughout the state of Minnesota to increase​
1.9angling opportunities for children, public awareness, and environmental stewardship.​
