1.4BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:​
1.5 Section 1. AMERICAN INDIAN OPPORTUNITIES AND INDUSTRIALIZATION​
1.6CENTER; APPROPRIATION.​
1.7 $500,000 in fiscal year 2026 and $500,000 in fiscal year 2027 are appropriated from the​
1.8workforce development fund to the commissioner of employment and economic development​
1.9for a grant to the American Indian Opportunities and Industrialization Center for workforce​
1.10development programming. This is a onetime appropriation.​
