| 7 | 7 | | 1.7 Subdivision 1.Appropriation.$3,695,000 is appropriated from the bond proceeds fund |

| 8 | 8 | | 1.8to the commissioner of employment and economic development for one or more grants to |
|---|
| 9 | 9 | | 1.9Independent School District No. 2895, Jackson County Central; the city of Jackson, or both, |
|---|
| 10 | 10 | | 1.10to design, construct, renovate, furnish, and equip improvements of a capital nature to the |
|---|
| 11 | 11 | | 1.11Jackson Area Recreation Center in the city of Jackson. This appropriation includes money |

| 12 | 12 | | 1.12for major projects to preserve or replace mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems; |

| 13 | 13 | | 1.13accessibility improvements compliant with the Americans with Disabilities Act; remodeling |
