| 7 | 7 | | 1.7 Subdivision 1.Appropriation.$10,500,000 is appropriated from the bond proceeds |

| 8 | 8 | | 1.8fund to the Public Facilities Authority for a grant to the city of East Bethel to predesign, |

| 9 | 9 | | 1.9design, construct, and equip city water and sewer infrastructure to connect East Bethel |
