                            1.1	A bill for an act​
1.2 relating to environment; appropriating money for county feedlot program.​
1.3BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:​
1.4 Section 1. APPROPRIATION; COUNTY FEEDLOT PROGRAM.​
1.5 $2,950,000 in fiscal year 2026 and $2,950,000 in fiscal year 2027 are appropriated from​
1.6the general fund to the commissioner of the Pollution Control Agency for grants to delegated​
1.7counties to administer the county feedlot program under Minnesota Statutes, section​
1.8116.0711, subdivisions 2 and 3. Money remaining after the first year is available the second​
1.9year.​
