1.4BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:​
1.5 Section 1. APPROPRIATION; 322ND STREET RECONSTRUCTION IN STEARNS​
1.6COUNTY.​
1.7 $3,150,000 in fiscal year 2026 is appropriated from the general fund to the commissioner​
1.8of transportation for a grant to Stearns County or the city of St. Cloud for design, engineering,​
1.9environmental analysis, land acquisition, and reconstruction of 322nd Street from Stearns​
1.10County State-Aid Highway 4 to Stearns County State-Aid Highway 133 in and adjacent to​
1.11the city of St. Cloud.​
