| 6 | 6 | | 1.6 Section 1. AITKIN; WASTEWATER TREATMENT FACILITY IMPROVEMENTS. |

| 7 | 7 | | 1.7 Subdivision 1.Appropriation.$5,000,000 is appropriated from the bond proceeds fund |
|---|
| 8 | 8 | | 1.8to the Public Facilities Authority for a grant to the city of Aitkin to design, construct, |
|---|
| 9 | 9 | | 1.9renovate, furnish, and equip capital improvements to the wastewater treatment facility in |
|---|
| 10 | 10 | | 1.10the city of Aitkin. This appropriation includes money for clarifier construction and |
|---|
| 11 | 11 | | 1.11rehabilitation; major projects to preserve or replace electrical, mechanical, and plumbing |
|---|
| 12 | 12 | | 1.12systems; and other site and building additions and renovations to support ongoing operations. |
