55 1.5BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:​
66 1.6 Section 1. [462.3575] LIMITING REGULATIONS ON RESIDENTIAL​
77 1.7DEVELOPMENT .​
88 1.8 (a) A municipality must not require a planned unit development agreement in lieu of a​
99 1.9proposed residential development if the proposed residential development complies with​
1010 1.10existing city zoning ordinances or subdivision regulations, or qualifies as a conditional use.​
1111 1.11 (b) A planned unit development agreement must be made available to the public by​
1212 1.12posting the agreement on the website of the municipality at least seven days prior to the​
1313 1.13governing body's review of the agreement. If the municipality does not have a website, a​
1414 1.14copy of the planned unit development agreement must be available for review at the city​
1515 1.15hall building of the municipality.​
1616 1.16 (c) If a planned unit development agreement is approved by the municipality, the​
1717 1.17agreement cannot be modified unless all parties to the agreement concur.​
