                            1.1	A bill for an act​
1.2 relating to public safety; appropriating money for prosecutorial and law enforcement​
1.3 training.​
1.4BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:​
1.5 Section 1. APPROPRIATION.​
1.6 $125,000 in fiscal year 2026 and $125,000 in fiscal year 2027 are appropriated from the​
1.7general fund to the commissioner of public safety for a grant to the Minnesota County​
1.8Attorneys Association to be used for prosecutorial and law enforcement training, including​
1.9trial school training and train-the-trainer courses. $125,000 for this activity is added to the​
1.10base in fiscal year 2028 and thereafter.​
