49 | 49 | | 2.13auditor or other election official the ballot for that precinct and mail the absentee ballot to |
---|
50 | 50 | | 2.14the program participant, or (2) using the Minnesota statewide voter registration system, |
---|
51 | 51 | | 2.15prepare the program participant's ballot for that precinct and mail the absentee ballot to the |
---|
52 | 52 | | 2.16program participant. The secretary of state shall include with each mailed absentee ballot |
---|
53 | 53 | | 2.17all corresponding materials for absentee balloting as required by Minnesota law. The program |
---|
54 | 54 | | 2.18participant shall complete the ballot and return it to the secretary of state, who shall review |
---|
55 | 55 | | 2.19the ballot in the manner provided by section 203B.121, subdivision 2. If the ballot and ballot |
---|
56 | 56 | | 2.20materials comply with the requirements of that section, the ballot must be certified by the |
---|
57 | 57 | | 2.21secretary of state as the ballot of a program participant, and must be forwarded to the |
---|
58 | 58 | | 2.22appropriate electoral jurisdiction for tabulation along with all other ballots. The name and |
