1.5BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:​
1.6 Section 1. [515B.3-123] ATTORNEY GENERAL ENFORCEMENT .​
1.7 The attorney general has authority under section 8.31 to investigate and prosecute​
1.8violations of this chapter.​
1.9 EFFECTIVE DATE.This section is effective January 1, 2026.​
