| 7 | 7 | | 1.7 Subdivision 1.Appropriation.$6,250,000 is appropriated from the bond proceeds fund |

| 8 | 8 | | 1.8to the Public Facilities Authority for a grant to the city of Jordan to design, construct, and |
|---|
| 9 | 9 | | 1.9equip wastewater treatment improvements in the city of Jordan. This appropriation includes |

| 10 | 10 | | 1.10money for the replacement of a lift station and associated pumps and piping, replacement |
|---|
| 11 | 11 | | 1.11of the final clarifier, and rehabilitation and replacement of wastewater pretreatment |
