| 6 | 6 | | 1.6 Section 1. [116L.36] GRANTEE EVALUATIONS. |
|---|
| 7 | 7 | | 1.7 (a) Beginning January 15, 2026, and each year thereafter, the commissioner must submit |
|---|
| 8 | 8 | | 1.8a report on organizations that received grants from the department in the preceding fiscal |
|---|
| 9 | 9 | | 1.9year to the chairs and ranking minority members of the legislative committees with |
|---|
| 10 | 10 | | 1.10jurisdiction over workforce development. |

| 11 | 11 | | 1.11 (b) The report required under paragraph (a) must include the following information from |
|---|
| 12 | 12 | | 1.12each grant recipient: |
|---|
| 13 | 13 | | 1.13 (1) a summary of the purpose of the grant; |
|---|
| 14 | 14 | | 1.14 (2) the amount of the grant awarded to the grantee; |

| 18 | 18 | | 1.18 (5) the number of Minnesotans served by the organization and, if applicable, completing |
