| 6 | 6 | | 1.6 Section 1. Minnesota Statutes 2024, section 169.865, subdivision 1a, is amended to read: |

| 7 | 7 | | 1.7 Subd. 1a.Definition.For purposes of this section, "qualifying agricultural products" |

| 9 | 9 | | 1.9 (1) agricultural crops, including but not limited to corn, soybeans, oats, grain, and |

| 10 | 10 | | 1.10by-products of agricultural crops; |

| 11 | 11 | | 1.11 (2) livestock, including but not limited to cattle, hogs, and poultry; |

| 12 | 12 | | 1.12 (3) food crops, including but not limited to sugar beets, potatoes, carrots, and onions; |

| 13 | 13 | | 1.13 (4) fluid milk; |
|---|
| 14 | 14 | | 1.14 (5) seed and material used for or in livestock and poultry feed; |

| 15 | 15 | | 1.15 (6) livestock manure; and |
