1.4BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:​
1.5 Section 1. APPROPRIATIONS.​
1.6 Subdivision 1.Department of Education.The sums indicated in this section are​
1.7appropriated from the general fund to the Department of Education for the fiscal years​
1.8designated.​
1.9 Subd. 2.Metro Deaf School.(a) For a grant to Metro Deaf School to provide services​
1.10to young children who have a primary disability of deaf, deafblind, or hard-of-hearing and​
1.11who are not eligible for funding under Minnesota Statutes, section 124E.11, paragraph (h):​
