6 | 6 | | 1.6 Subdivision 1.Appropriation.$5,000,000 in fiscal year 2026 is appropriated from the |

7 | 7 | | 1.7general fund to the commissioner of the Minnesota Housing Finance Agency for a grant to |

8 | 8 | | 1.8the Center for African Immigrants and Refugees Organization (CAIRO) for the construction |
