1.4BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:​
1.5 Section 1. APPROPRIATION; IMPROVING LAKE ALICE WATER QUALITY.​
1.6 $....... in fiscal year 2026 is appropriated from the general fund to the commissioner of​
1.7the Pollution Control Agency for a two-year grant to the city of Fergus Falls to address​
1.8water-quality concerns at Lake Alice. The city of Fergus Falls must use the grant to contract​
1.9for nonchemical, flow-through, water-quality improvement services; testing; necessary​
1.10infrastructure; training; and maintenance.​
