1.2 relating to natural resources; appropriating money to the commissioner of natural​

1.5BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:​
1.6 Section 1. APPROPRIATION; ENRTF COMMUNITY GRANT PROGRAM.​
1.7 $28,180,000 in fiscal year 2026 is appropriated from the environment and natural​
1.8resources trust fund to the commissioner of natural resources to make grants under the​
1.9environment and natural resources trust fund community grant program established in​
1.10Minnesota Statutes, section 116X.03. This is a onetime appropriation and is available until​
1.11June 30, 2028.​
