1.4BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:​
1.5 Section 1. APPROPRIATIONS; COMMUNITY ENERGY TRANSITION GRANTS.​
1.6 $10,000,000 in fiscal year 2026 is appropriated from the general fund to the commissioner​
1.7of employment and economic development for the community energy transition grant​
1.8program under Minnesota Statutes, section 116J.55. This appropriation is onetime and is​
1.9available until June 30, 2028.​
