1.4BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:​
1.5 Section 1. APPROPRIATION; PUBLIC EDUCATIONAL RADIO STATIONS.​
1.6 $2,225,000 in fiscal year 2026 and $2,225,000 in fiscal year 2027 are appropriated from​
1.7the arts and cultural heritage fund to the commissioner of administration for grants to the​
1.8Association of Minnesota Public Educational Radio Stations for production and acquisition​
1.9grants according to Minnesota Statutes, section 129D.19.​
