                            1.1	A bill for an act​
1.2 relating to housing; appropriating money for a grant to CAPI USA.​
1.3BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:​
1.4 Section 1. TRANSFER AND APPROPRIATION; CAPI USA HOMEOWNERSHIP​
1.5EDUCATION AND FINANCIAL COUNSELING PROGRAM.​
1.6 (a) $200,000 in fiscal year 2026 and $200,000 in fiscal year 2027 are transferred from​
1.7the general fund to the housing development fund. This is a onetime transfer.​
1.8 (b) $200,000 in fiscal year 2026 and $200,000 in fiscal year 2027 are appropriated from​
1.9the housing development fund to the commissioner of the Housing Finance Agency for a​
1.10grant to CAPI USA to administer the CAPI USA homeownership education and financial​
1.11counseling programming. This is a onetime appropriation.​
