9 | 9 | 1.9a misdemeanor punishable by a fine of not less than $500. | |
10 | 10 | 1.10 (b) A person is guilty of a gross misdemeanor if the person fails to stop a motor vehicle | |
11 | 11 | 1.11or to keep it stopped, as required in subdivision 1, or who violates subdivision 1a, and | |
