| 6 | 6 | | 1.6 Subdivision 1.Appropriation.$10,892,000 is appropriated from the bond proceeds |

| 7 | 7 | | 1.7fund to the Public Facilities Authority for a grant to the city of Good Thunder to predesign, |
|---|
| 8 | 8 | | 1.8design, construct, and equip improvements to publicly owned municipal infrastructure. This |

| 9 | 9 | | 1.9appropriation includes money for a new water treatment facility; a new water supply well; |
|---|
| 10 | 10 | | 1.10new water main, sanitary sewer, and stormwater infrastructure; and a new stormwater pond. |
