1.4BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:​
1.5 Section 1. APPROPRIATION; YWCA MINNEAPOLIS.​
1.6 $350,000 in fiscal year 2026 and $350,000 in fiscal year 2027 are appropriated from the​
1.7workforce development fund to the commissioner of employment and economic development​
1.8for a grant to the YWCA Minneapolis to provide training to eligible individuals, including​
1.9job skills training, career counseling, and job placement assistance necessary to secure a​
1.10child development associate credential and to have a career path in early education.​
