44 1.4BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:​
55 1.5 Section 1. APPROPRIATIONS; MENTAL HEALTH AND FARM SAFETY.​
66 1.6 $100,000 in fiscal year 2026 and $100,000 in fiscal year 2027 are appropriated from the​
77 1.7general fund to the commissioner of agriculture for mental health outreach and support to​
88 1.8farmers, ranchers, and others in the agricultural community and for farm safety grant and​
99 1.9outreach programs under Minnesota Statutes, section 17.1195. Mental health outreach and​
1010 1.10support may include a 24-hour hotline, stigma reduction, and education. Notwithstanding​
1111 1.11Minnesota Statutes, section 16A.28, any unencumbered balance does not cancel at the end​
1212 1.12of fiscal year 2026 and is available until June 30, 2027.​
