                            1.1	A bill for an act​
1.2 relating to workforce development; appropriating money for a grant to Ramsey​
1.3 County for workforce development programming.​
1.4BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:​
1.5 Section 1. APPROPRIATION.​
1.6 $1,000,000 in fiscal year 2026 is appropriated from the workforce development fund to​
1.7the commissioner of employment and economic development for a grant to Ramsey County,​
1.8in partnership with the city of St. Paul, for workforce development programming, including​
1.9Learn and Earn, which provides training pathways for youth and young adults ages 18-30,​
1.10including a technology training program and driver's license academy. This is a onetime​
1.11appropriation and is available until June 30, 2028.​
