1.1 A bill for an act 1.2 relating to education finance; authorizing Independent School District No. 720, 1.3 Shakopee, to qualify under the long-term facilities maintenance revenue program 1.4 as a district eligible for alternative facilities revenue; amending Laws 1999, chapter 1.5 241, article 4, section 25, subdivision 3, as added. 1.6BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 1.7 Section 1.
