1.2 relating to agriculture; appropriating money for the Minnesota State Poultry​
1.3 Association.​
1.4BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:​
1.5 Section 1. APPROPRIATION; MINNESOTA STATE POULTRY ASSOCIATION.​
1.6 $2,000 in fiscal year 2026 is appropriated from the general fund to the commissioner of​
1.7agriculture for a grant to the Minnesota State Poultry Association to promote youth poultry​
1.8programs in Minnesota. This is a onetime appropriation. Notwithstanding Minnesota Statutes,​
1.9section 16A.28, any unencumbered balance does not cancel at the end of fiscal year 2026​
1.10and is available for fiscal year 2027.​
