| 7 | 7 | | 1.7 Subdivision 1.Appropriation.$4,800,000 is appropriated from the bond proceeds fund |

| 8 | 8 | | 1.8to the commissioner of public safety for a grant to the city of Maplewood for design and |
|---|
| 9 | 9 | | 1.9engineering of improvements and expansion at the East Metro Public Safety Training |

| 10 | 10 | | 1.10Facility. This appropriation includes money for design of a new main training building, |

| 11 | 11 | | 1.11ancillary training buildings, and a storage building; parking, stormwater management, and |

| 12 | 12 | | 1.12other supporting utilities, infrastructure, and site improvements; and for design of |

| 13 | 13 | | 1.13improvements to the existing fire training burn buildings. This appropriation also includes |
