| 6 | 6 | | 1.6 Section 1. HARMONY-CALEDONIA BIKE TRAIL. |

| 7 | 7 | | 1.7 Subdivision 1.Appropriation.(a) $14,000,000 is appropriated from the bond proceeds |
|---|
| 8 | 8 | | 1.8fund to the commissioner of natural resources for acquisition of property and easements, |
|---|
| 9 | 9 | | 1.9predesign, and design of a bike trail from the city of Harmony to the city of Caledonia |
|---|
| 10 | 10 | | 1.10following marked Trunk Highway 44 and marked U.S. Highway 52 and routed through the |
|---|
| 11 | 11 | | 1.11cities of Canton, Mabel, and Spring Grove. This appropriation is for Phase 1 of the project. |

| 12 | 12 | | 1.12 (b) Any unspent portion of this appropriation remaining after completion of the project |

| 13 | 13 | | 1.13in paragraph (a), after written notice to the commissioner of management and budget, is |
