                            1.1	A bill for an act​
1.2 relating to state government; appropriating money for certain legal fees and​
1.3 expenses.​
1.4BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:​
1.5 Section 1. APPROPRIATION; LEGAL FEES.​
1.6 $900,000 in fiscal year 2025 is appropriated from the general fund to the Campaign​
1.7Finance and Public Disclosure Board if an order granting plaintiff's motion for fees and​
1.8expenses is filed in Minnesota Chamber of Commerce v. Choi (23-CV-02015). The Campaign​
1.9Finance and Public Disclosure Board must pay, on behalf of all defendants, all fees and​
1.10expenses awarded to the plaintiff. This is a onetime appropriation and is available until June​
1.1130, 2026.​
