| 7 | 7 | | 1.7 Subdivision 1.Appropriation.$11,700,000 is appropriated from the bond proceeds |

| 8 | 8 | | 1.8fund to the Public Facilities Authority for a grant to the city of Long Lake to predesign, |

| 9 | 9 | | 1.9design, construct, reconstruct, and equip the repair and replacement of aging and failing |
