| 7 | 7 | | 1.7 Subdivision 1.Appropriation.$5,700,000 is appropriated from the bond proceeds fund |

| 8 | 8 | | 1.8to the Public Facilities Authority for a grant to the city of Tonka Bay to design, construct, |

| 9 | 9 | | 1.9and equip the replacement of aging and failing municipal infrastructure. This appropriation |

| 10 | 10 | | 1.10includes money for improvements to and replacement of water distribution, storm sewer, |
|---|
| 11 | 11 | | 1.11and sanitary sewer infrastructure, and reconstruction of streets in the Lakeview and Wildhurst |
