59 | 59 | | 2.30 (2) evidence-based training using a training program approved by the Department of |

60 | 60 | | 2.31Education under the Read Act; |

61 | 61 | | 2.32 (3) employing or contracting with a literacy lead, as defined in section 120B.119; |
