1.2 relating to capital investment; appropriating money for the Rondo Community​
1.3 Land Trust.​
1.4BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:​
1.5 Section 1. APPROPRIATION; RONDO COMMUNITY LAND TRUST.​
1.6 $6,000,000 in fiscal year 2026 is appropriated from the general fund to the commissioner​
1.7of employment and economic development for a grant to Rondo Community Land Trust,​
1.8a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, to acquire, design, and redevelop parcels between Dale​
1.9street and Saint Albans Street in the city of St. Paul. This appropriation includes money for​
1.10site improvements, infrastructure, and landscaping. This appropriation is onetime and is​
1.11available until the project is completed.​
