| 5 | 5 | | 1.5 Section 1. Minnesota Statutes 2024, section 363A.19, is amended to read: |

| 15 | 15 | | 1.15means an individual with a physical or mental condition that substantially limits one or |

| 16 | 16 | | 1.16more major life activities, including caring for oneself, mobility, learning, seeing, hearing, |
|---|
| 17 | 17 | | 1.17communicating, breathing, working, and social interaction. |

| 18 | 18 | | 1.18 (c) For purposes of this section, "disability" and "unfair discriminatory practice" have |

| 42 | 42 | | 2.12Minnesota Statutes when used in the context of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, United States |
