1.4BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
1.5 Section 1. APPROPRIATION; ST. CLOUD AREA SCHOOL DISTRICT
1.6PRESCHOOL PROGRAMS GRANT.
1.7 Subdivision 1.Department of Children, Youth, and Families.The sums indicated in
1.8this section are appropriated from the general fund to the Department of Children, Youth,
1.9and Families for the fiscal years designated.
1.10 Subd. 2.St. Cloud Area School District preschool programs grant.(a) For a grant
1.11to Independent School District No. 742, St. Cloud, for the Preschool 4 Success program
1.12operated with the Rotary Club of St. Cloud:

1.15 (b) Notwithstanding Minnesota Statutes, section 16B.98, subdivision 14, up to three
1.16percent of the appropriation is available for grant administration.
1.17 (c) This is a onetime appropriation. The fiscal year 2026 appropriation is available until
1.18June 30, 2027. The fiscal year 2027 appropriation is available until June 30, 2028.
