10 | 10 | | 1.10 (1) reading intervention teachers working with students in kindergarten through grade |

12 | 12 | | 1.12 (2) all classroom teachers of students in kindergarten through grade 3 and children in |
---|
13 | 13 | | 1.13prekindergarten programs; |
---|
14 | 14 | | 1.14 (3) special education teachers; |

15 | 15 | | 1.15 (4) curriculum directors; |
---|
16 | 16 | | 1.16 (5) instructional support staff, contractors, and volunteers who assist in providing Tier |
