| 7 | 7 | | 1.7 (a) $3,000,000 in fiscal year 2026 is appropriated from the general fund to the |

| 8 | 8 | | 1.8commissioner of employment and economic development for a grant to the city of St. Paul |

| 9 | 9 | | 1.9to work in consultation with the West Side Community Organization on economic |
|---|
| 10 | 10 | | 1.10development and job retention efforts for businesses employing the equivalent of ten or less |

| 11 | 11 | | 1.11full-time employees. Grant money may be used for: technical assistance; establishing |
