7 | 7 | | 1.7 Section 1. Minnesota Statutes 2024, section 4.076, subdivision 4, is amended to read: |

9 | 9 | | 1.9 (1) advise the governor and heads of state departments and agencies on policies, programs, |

10 | 10 | | 1.10and services affecting traffic safety; |

32 | 32 | | 2.3 Subd. 5.Administration.(a) The Office of Traffic Safety in the Department of Public |

35 | 35 | | 2.6aspects of the advisory council's activities. The commissioner of public safety must perform |

36 | 36 | | 2.7financial management on behalf of the council. |

49 | 49 | | 2.20agreements for data, expertise, and research projects to inform the council. The advisory |
