| 8 | 8 | | 1.8 (a) Pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, section 353.27, subdivision 12b, Alaine Pappin and |

| 9 | 9 | | 1.9Independent School District No. 281, Robbinsdale, on behalf of Alaine Pappin, must make |
|---|
| 10 | 10 | | 1.10contributions as calculated under paragraph (d) for service as an eligible employee prior to |

| 11 | 11 | | 1.11July 1, 1989, which was previously unreported. |

| 12 | 12 | | 1.12 (b) The contributions described in paragraph (a) are permitted although Alaine Pappin |
