| 8 | 8 | | 1.8 Subdivision 1.Appropriation.$2,000,000 is appropriated from the bond proceeds fund |

| 9 | 9 | | 1.9to the Pollution Control Agency for a grant to Lake Superior College to design, engineer, |

| 10 | 10 | | 1.10and construct improvements for the abatement, remediation, mitigation, and treatment of |

| 11 | 11 | | 1.11perfluoroalkyl and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) contamination at the Lake Superior |
