| 6 | 6 | | 1.6 Subdivision 1.Appropriation.$10,000,000 is appropriated from the bond proceeds |

| 7 | 7 | | 1.7fund to the commissioner of transportation for a grant to the city of Richfield, Hennepin |
|---|
| 8 | 8 | | 1.8County, or both to design and construct approximately 1.4 miles of roadway, and active |
|---|
| 9 | 9 | | 1.9transportation and public utility infrastructure, including replacement of water main, sanitary |
|---|
| 10 | 10 | | 1.10sewer main, and storm sewer main on Nicollet Avenue (County State-Aid Highway 52) |
